Front Office/Admin

Our front office team serves as our practice's first impression on existing and new patients. The front office team is responsible for scheduling eye exams, engaging with and assisting patients in the office, reviewing insurance benefits, managing patient flow, answering phone calls, triaging patients with eye health concerns, and more. Our front office team fosters a welcoming environment for our patients!

Optometric Technician

Technicians serve an important role on our clinical care team and work directly with the doctors and patients. Responsibilities include performing patient testing with numerous eyecare devices and machines, reviewing patient symptoms and eye health concerns, assisting with contact lens care, collaborating with doctors to deliver excellent care to patients, educating patients and answering questions, and more.

Optician

Our optical team assists patients in selecting prescription eyewear tailored to their specific visual needs. Opticians advise patients on frame and lens selection and review vision insurance benefits when applicable. Eyewear selection is typically a fun experience for patients, particularly with the assistance of an expert optician.
